Employers are looking for mechanisms to deal with the difficult economic conditions expected for 2016. These proposals were presented yesterday at the meeting called Effective Tools for Businessmen in 2016, organized by the Chamber of Industries and Production.

Paul Zambrano, vice president of the organization, said that it is necessary to look for tools to confront 2016. “We must find lines of cost optimization, analyze the internal management of credit in companies, have a diagnosis of the current situation, see the previous experiences of entrepreneurs.”

Henry Yandun, general manager of the Kubiec firm, said that his company was precisely born during complex economic circumstances in the 90s.

For this businessman, crises are opportunities stages and the first step in an adverse scenario is to accept that there is a crisis and assign it a time. The latter, he explained, will allow the company to organize in that time and develop ways to resolve the problems to come.

He also considers that a market and competition strategies research should be done. And, as one of the key factors, to look at the cash flow of the company.
