The serious problem of eating disorders

The main symptoms of anorexia nervosa is the refusal to consume food to an obsession about looking thinner. On the other hand, bulimia nervosa presents binge episodes in a short period of time, to then eliminate those calories by vomiting or doing excessive exercise.
Psychotherapy, nutrition education, and family counseling is recommended to help people with these disorders, who show signs of food avoidance and excuses to skip meals.
