The Spanish singer Isabel Pantoja receives two-year sentence

The Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence of two years imprisonment against Spanish singer Isabel Pantoja, due to money laundering, for having helped the former mayor of Marbella, Julián Muñoz, with whom she maintained a relationship from 2003 until 2009.
in the case of Pantoja, the execution of the prison sentence has been suspended, because the sentence does not exceed two years imprisonment and she has no criminal record, so the singer would have to pay a fine of $ 1.5 million by order of the Provincial Court of Malaga. The sentencing court, which has the final word, has yet to to decide.
