There was no water at the time the cardboard factory was on fire

Piles of cardboard on fire in a fenced ground in the kilometer 6.5 of the road to Daule alarmed last Saturday night inhabitants of La Prosperina sector. At 20:00 the fire spread at the site, apparently, reaching a cardboard factory.

Calling the ECU-911 was the first reaction of the inhabitants. Minutes later, sirens began to be listened. Motorized pumps approached northern barracks. Fire fighters began their work placing on five fronts to try to control the incident.

But the water of the fire trucks finished and there was no water in the sector due to the restriction of the water service in Guayaquil.
