Third attempt to expand hospital offer of the IESS

The announcement that Ecuadorian labor will be contracted to build the new IESS hospital captivates dozens of workers, who carrying personal documents and labor certifications, wake up early and go to the grounds of Social Security in Los Ceibos to secure a job.
