Ukraine and Russia ready to dialogue to lower tensions

Russia and Ukraine announced their desire to lower the tension of the conflict both countries live with the purpose of avoiding a `civil war´.

`We are willing to a format (of negotiations) with many sides, in which the European (EU), the United States, Russia and the Ukrainian side are represented,´ said the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov.

Lavrov, who yesterday had a telephone conversation with the U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, explained that Washington is based on negotiations that could start within `ten days´.

In a statement of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, they said  that `the solution will pass through the cessation of sabotage of Russia against our state, renouncing to invasion plans, which are a direct threat to all neighboring states and the international community, and the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian border and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea ´.
