Vianna Maino: “Whoever enters my life will find a whirlwind”
I am surprised with his resume, which goes from the right to finance and from there to advice in the public and private sectors. How do you combine all that?
It’s quite an interesting combination. I am a bit curious academically and at this point I have no choice but to admit it. I always denied being a nerd and yes I am (laughs). I apply my knowledge and it has been a pleasure to implement important projects for the development of the country in practice.
What is your foolproof method of reaching others in what you set out to achieve?
Always be authentic. If one truly thinks and lives what he says, others will understand, grasp and, above all, get involved. It interests me that the people who are with me connect and join the objective.
And among tools, do you prefer persuasion or seduction?
A combination. People are reached in different ways. It’s not about how you reach out to others, it’s how others need you to reach out to them.
How do they seduce you?
You always have to be nice and reach the will, not the intellect, and then convince completely.
What things connect you to the world?
I love the challenges, the new. I don’t like repeating the same things. I am zero routines. If every morning I do not get up to look for a challenge and something that for others is very difficult and impossible, it is not me.
And your ground wire?
My family, totally. When I see them, I know I have to get back to real life.
Only males, right?
I have three totally different children: one with very dark hair, a redhead and a blond one. Hilarious. They are very disciplined and it is a family trait.
