Vinicio Alvarado announced new Minister of Tourism

The outgoing Minister Vinicio Alvarado announced that Sandra Naranjo will be the new head of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador.

“Welcome Sandy Naranjo, full support to your management,” Alvarado wrote on his Twitter account, who is Secretary of the Civil Service and was in charge of Tourism.

According to news agency Andes, Naranjo studied at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito where he was a pupil of President Rafael Correa.

He worked previously as general coordinator of presidential commitments management before placing graduate studies at the University of Harvard, USA.
