YouTube Joins Forces With Hollywood

The generations born in the era of smartphones do not have much interest in TV, which is why YouTube and Hollywood want to make a strategic merger to reach these viewers.
YouTube wants to create 24 hours of programming per day with the support of major broadcasters. The idea is to create 96 additional YouTube channels, artist pages that users can subscribe to.
The video portal expectes that the new content will make users come back more often and promote Google TV, a platform connected to the Internet.
