Candidate Lenin Moreno demands Odebrecht the bribed list

“I demand Odebrecht to present the complete list of all the corrupt people”, said the Alianza PAIS candidate, Lenin Moreno in an interview with the international press, in Quito.

The Ecuadorian justice hasn´t involved anyone in the alleged corruption case perpetrated by Odebrecht to obtain contracts, which is investigated by the Prosecution after the Justice Department of the United States revealed that the Brazilian firm paid between 2007 and 2016 $33,5 million dollars to Ecuadorian officials.

Moreno, who leads the surveys for the secondary elections on April 2^nd, said that Odebrecht must identify the “corrupt people from yesterday and the corrupt people from now, so that they can be subjected, of course, to justice”.

He added that “the proper process is going to be followed, and the corrupt people from yesterday and now will go to jail”.
