Police Officers of The Uprising Face Disciplinary Charges

On a National level over 720 police officers are facing a disciplinary processes for participating in the uprising of September 30. Around 120 of them would be expelled from the force.
The Interior Ministry, Gustavo Jalkh, confirmed that over 600 officers would receive disciplinary sanctions because of their involvement in the uprising.
The leaders in charge of the revolt are among the 120 officers who are being processed for their bad behavior. The former hospital director Cesar Carrion is also facing charges.
Jalkh stated that at the moment the investigation has showed no results regarding the mails that incited the riot.
